Real Places For Real People
Real Places Inc. was founded in 2025 to develop, own and operate seniors rental housing. Today’s seniors lack affordable choices in the current housing market and many are finding themselves staying longer than they would like to in their current home while finding it increasingly difficult to manage the demands of full home ownership. But there are few economical alternatives for downsizing and reducing maintenance and upkeep. Real Places aims to fill this gap in the housing market in southwestern Ontario.
Mission
Our mission is to build high-quality, affordable housing that empowers seniors to live independently. By combining accessible luxury with complete outdoor maintenance, we create worry-free communities where exceptional quality of life comes standard.
Vision
Our long-term vision is to create a true continuum of care that allows seniors to age in place within the community they call home. By building master-planned communities that evolve alongside our residents, we provide a seamless transition from independent living to memory care, licensed retirement suites, and long-term care beds. We ensure that as needs change, social networks, friendships, and familiar surroundings remain constant.
