Meet The Team

Hons. B.A., P. Appraiser, AACI, Fellow 

​

As a professional appraiser for over 35 years Suzanne has acquired an in-depth working knowledge of value creation for a wide variety of real estate types including apartments, retirement living and Long Term Care, office, retail commercial, industrial, and residential land development.  Her love of the industry and attention to detail made her a sought after expert witness at Ontario Land Tribunal hearings.  As a leader and a coach she has mentored several younger appraisal professionals.

Suzanne has an Honours BA in Geography (Urban Planning) from Western University, and has earned both her CRA and AACI designations from the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC). 

​

Throughout her appraisal career Suzanne has been actively involved in the AIC serving on the London Chapter, the Ontario Association and the National Board of Directors, culminating as President of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2022–2023.

 

In 2015 Suzanne was awarded the President's Award of Excellence by the Ontario Association of the AIC and in 2024 was awarded the prestigious Fellow with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.  She is also currently an active member of the Grand Bend Rotary Club.

With a background in commercial banking, mortgages, and project financing for 18 years before transitioning to the real estate development and construction industry for the past 10 years, Greg has been involved as an originator or borrower in over $400 million of successfully placed and funded financing transactions.  A strategic thinker and planner, Greg makes sure the smallest details are looked after and fit the overall plan for the project or development.

Greg has a Hons. B.A. in Economics and History from Western University, and also an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western.

 

As a continuous learner Greg has taken many additional post grad courses in management, leadership and sales. 

​

As a community minded volunteer, Greg serves on the Board of Directors of London Middlesex Community Housing and as Chair of the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee.  Previously he served on the Board of London Bridge Child Care Services for 11 years, including 6 years as President.
